Frank is going to be missed by so many, there is no way to count. He has touched many lives. There are no words to describe the loss. Frank was a smile on my day, he had such a great capacity to listen to one more issue, one more thing that needed to get done. He did not make notes, it was what help make Frank unique. I am going to miss the 7 pm calls, and the 7 am calls.

Frank was a great guy and always quick to make me smile. He loved joking and giving people nicknames; mine was Rowdy Rhonda. He’s probably making the angels double over with laughter right about now.
You will be missed Frank.

I will miss Frank’s enthusiasm that he always displayed when trying to solve an issue at work. When it was IT related I became his “go to guy” for solutions. Thru email I would respond and he’d reply with humor that only Frank possessed. BTW, Frank, you can still email me questions.

Please accept my sincere condolences for the sudden loss of Frank last week. I can only imagine what a shock it must be to the Soares family. Indeed, it was only two weeks ago that Frank and I spoke., Frank and I go back nearly 10 years as friends and business associates. Not only was he a great person to do business with but had an amazing sense of humor. In business dealings Frank was always straightforward and honest. In short, Frank was an exceptional friend and colleague and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

When you touch someone’s life it is a privilege. When you touch someone’s heart it is a blessing. When you touch someone’s mind it is an honor. When you touch someone’s soul it is a triumph. When you touch someone’s spirit it is a miracle. Frank was one in a million and can never be replaced. I will miss him everyday, his whistling, his Blesh you’s, his talks and his jokes. A remarkably humble man who I thought the world off. His family is in my thoughts and prayers.

My deepest condolences to the entire family for your loss. I just learned of his passing from a dear High School friend and I was so struck and saddened. Frank and his sister Laurie I knew very well from our High School days at Chaminade & Madonna. Frank was always a person of utmost character, strength and faith. Ever honest, ever kind & ever humble. An incredible man and friend with a heart that only saw good. He was a man that loved, cared for and spoke often of his family. Know that he was loved & cherished and will be missed by many. May God give you all peace, sustenance and comfort through this difficult time.

Frank and I were teammates in high school and in college. He was a once in a lifetime character that I miss. He had a heart of gold and was a great friend. He was one of the toughest football players ever. He started over a guy in college that ended up at the New York Giants!
My thoughts and prayers are with the Soares Family.

We did not know Frank very well, but we loved working with him. He was a great communicator, smart, personable, very witty, so polite and obviously, very well respected. Always willing to go the extra mile and proud of his work, you could always count on Frank. Our hearts sank when we heard of Frank’s death, not only for his family and friends, but most certainly for all of us here at Premier. He will be very sorely missed by all. It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to Frank. Our deepest sympathy and condolences to Frank’s family.

It has been a week. The pain at times unbearable.
Met family, met friends…….knew all the business folks. Heard stories and anecdotes, some were new, some were not. There were tears, there were laughs….a lot of laughs. Learned of Franks creative genius in the liberal arts, I had seen that genius in the logistics arena.
There were no surprises though, greatness does not come hidden. As perfect a man, though not flawless, as I have ever known. My only hope is that everyone I know takes a piece of Frank into their heart and treat people the way Frank would treat them.

Kind, Funny, Hardworking, Humble, Giving, Caring are just of few of words to describe this great friend. He made us smile as a lighted Christmas Tree in the Gong Show and other high school events. He was the toughest football player Chaminade would ever know gaining extra yards on every run refusing to be tackled. He was a true friend to all who knew him. He made earth a great place to live but will make heaven even better when we see him there again. My deepest sympathy to the Soares family.

Frank was a caring and fun loving guy in even as a young man high school. He treated everyone as a friend.
I used to laugh because no matter what the sport, he would chose Mike Testa with his first pick when he was choosing teams.
He will be tremendously missed.

Frank, my friend, my heart is really heavy learning of your passing. So many great memories, almost all of them associated with laughs. You and Uby (also, Rest in Peace) were my dads at Chaminade, you looked out for me, and made me feel like a part of something. For that, the laughs, and the many kindnesses, thank you.
