Walker, Eilean Ruth, 53, of Miramar, passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2013. She is preceded in death by her brother, Eddie Winters. Eilean leaves behind her loving husband, Lee A. Walker; and sisters, Karen Winters and Gwen Winters. Visitation will be held on Friday, starting at 1:00 p.m. with a Tributes of a Lifetime Service at 1:30 p.m. at Boyd-Panciera Hollywood Boulevard Chapel. A Reception will follow between 2-4 p.m. at Boyd-Panciera’s Reception Facility.

E was such a beautiful person inside and out. I loved her smile. She and Lee opened their home to us, celebrated our wedding with us, always showed us love and the best friendship. When I think of her I think of all that is good.

LeLe and family my heart goes out to you and your family. Lost of a loved one is always difficult, I just buried my mom on May 15th. The blessing is it that the obituary emphasis “best friends” with that said I’m sure you were both at peace during her transition. Love conquers all. May the peace of God be with you and keep you in His bosom in your time of lost.

Although it has been quite some time since I have seen or spoken to Eilean, I have always held her in my prayers and thoughts. I attended my very first slumber party given by Eilean. Ultimately it became one of my fondest memories of time spent with Eilean.

The first time I ever tasted Turtle soup was at Eilean’s house. The expression on her face was priceless.She was saying things like “yuck” and “gross “! Another hilarious moment was when she was teaching Val Bryant and I how to do a dance called the “Four Corners”. She never told us we were hopeless, she merely said keep practicing girls! She gave us all she had trying to teach us that dance!!!! smiling the whole time
