Fowler, Betty L., 73, of Miami Gardens, passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2013. Betty was a hard working single mom who raised 4 children. Her favorite time of year was Christmas, if she could celebrate it everyday she would. She was the kind of person who did things “her way” and she forever will be missed. Preceded in death by her daughter, Katheryn Carrillo. Betty is survived by her son, John Fowler; daughters, Bonnie Lovelace and Dawn Voelke-Smith and her husband, David; brothers, Thomas Perry, Jim Kane, Tony Perry and Ted Stephens; sister, Candy Caswell; 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Friends may visit from 4-6 p.m., Sunday, July 21, 2013, at Boyd-Panciera Hollywood Blvd. Chapel.
