Mr. David L. Greenberg, age 66, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 2, 2013, in Pembroke Pines, FL, same city where he resided. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, after graduating High School he attended the University where he earned his Doctorate Degree and became an Optometrist in the Healthcare Industry. Pre-deceased by his parents, Abraham and Mildred Greenberg. He is survived by his wife of many years, Debra A. Greenberg.

I’m shocked to learn of my brother David’s untimely passing. He was a great positive influence on my life and will always be remembered with the fondest feelings two brothers can share.

Shocking to learn that my Uncle David’s no longer with us. We had been out of touch for years, but he was caring and kind when we were in contact. He’ll be sorely missed.

David was my sons’ uncle, and though we didn’t see him frequently, he was always very loving and kind. I am so sorry to hear of his death, and I send my regards to his family.

Dr. Greenberg was an amazing man with the most incredible sense of humor. He is the reason I wanted to become an optometrist. His laughter was contagious and you couldn’t help but smile when you were around him. He’s truly a role model. I love him dearly. Xoxo
