Gillies, Carmen G., 91, of Johnson City, TN, formerly of Pembroke Pines, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Monday, December 9, 2013. She was born in Adjuntas, PR in 1922, to the late Alfonso Figueroa and Paula Rodrigues. She leaves behind to mourn her passing her beloved daughters, Lillian Legacy, Vivian Richard Hayward and Hilda C. McCullers; her loving granddaughter, Yvette Hayward; her dear great-granddaughter, Tatiana Velasquez and her great-great granddaughter, Angel Whittaker. Visitation will take place on Friday, December 13, from 6-8 p.m. at Boyd-Panciera University Drive Chapel. Funeral Service will be on Saturday, December 14, 11:30 a.m. also at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Vista Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
