D’Annunzio, Anna, 75, of Pembroke Pines, FL passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2014. Anna Cieri was born September 3rd, 1938, in a small town in Italy called Pollutri, located in the Abruzzo region of Italy. She was very proud of her small town because of its beauty and the people. Her family came to the States in 1956 when she was just 18, settling in Allentown, Pennsylvania. In 1960, during one of her visits back to Pollutri, she met her lifelong best friend and husband to be Paul and were married on October 7, 1961. In 1969 Anna and Paul moved to Sunny South Florida to raise their family in Hollywood. The legacy Anna leaves behind was one of being an outstanding wife, mother and grandmother. She will be dearly missed by her husband Paul, children Frank and his wife Victoria D’Annunzio and Patricia and her husband George Meillarec and grandchildren Brittany, Frank, Michael and Nicole. Friends may visit from 4-8 PM on Sunday at Boyd-Panciera 6400 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood 33024. There will be a Prayer Service, Sunday at 7:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be, Monday, Apr. 7, 11:00 a.m. at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, Boca Raton . Entombment will follow at Boca Raton Mausoleum.
