Lucy L. Anderson, 89, of Ocala, formally of Miami Beach, a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, June 11, 2014. She was born on June 2, 1925, in Augusta Georgia, to the late Mimman Dozier Moore and Dorothy Smith. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Frederick and grandson, Kevin. She is survived by her loving daughters, Carol Khunke and her husband, Werner, Dorothy Griffin and her husband, Kenny, Katherine Garcia and Nancy Parks and her husband, Ray; sons, James Anderson and his wife, Jackie, and Michael; sisters, Pat Shepard and Marilyn Nelson and her husband, Jim; brother, Billie Moore and his wife, Karen; grandchildren, Tad, Traci, Erich, Michael, Jason, Brian, Jennifer, Billy, Michele, Chris, Heather, Kathrine, and Regis; and great-grandchildren, Danielle, Chelsey, Kayla, Jeremy, Wilfredo, Jacob, Hans, Christopher, Emiiy, Caleb, Ava, Champ, Kendall and Julia. Visitation will take place on Sunday, June 11, 2014, from 6-8 p.m. with a reception to follow at Boyd-Panciera Hollywood Boulevard Chapel. Funeral Service will be on Monday, June 16th, 9:30 a.m. also at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Vista Memorial Gardens.
