Ethel Lugosi Hallam Arpin made her transition on June 14th, 2014. She was a mother who always put her children first and is survived by her 6 beloved children, 16 grand- children and numerous great grandchildren. When her children were grown, Ethel ran the warehouse for the Department of Transportation. She traveled extensively always to visit her children and grandchildren.  She had a heart of gold and was a very strong and stoic person.  She was a devoted wife. She is predeceased by both of her husbands, Jack Hallam and Donald John Arpin Sr. She was well loved and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, 820 NE 3rd Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL on Monday June 23rd at 10 AM. She will be buried at a later date in Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery next to Don Sr. Boyd Panciera Family Funeral Care, 6400 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood 954-983-6400.
