Smith, Michael Kelly, of Hollywood, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 12, 2014, after a brief illness, at the young age of 42. He was born on July 30, 1972, in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, to parents, Donald Smith and Mildred McCarthy. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his devoted wife, Amy Chandler-Smith; his beloved children, Shane Smith, Emma Smith, Nicholas Smith, Tiffany Smith and Alexis Miale; and his loving parents, Donald and Mildred Smith.
