Just do the steps that you’ve been shown
By everyone you’ve ever known
Until the dance becomes your very own
No matter how close to yours
Another’s steps have grown
In the end there is one dance you’ll do alone

Mom,
what an incredible ride we had.
I sure hope it’s true about heaven…seeing dad again, no pain or suffering, just love and peace.
You were the most amazing mom anyone could have ever hoped for.
Can you please send a sign, or something that might help me find the remote for your TV?
oh hey, let dad know I’m still using all his tools, but he used way too much duct tape on this house!
we sure did laugh a lot and I am so very grateful for our time.

Always a smile. Always found something happy or good in any situation. A great person, mother and friend. They broke your mold. Too sad for the rest of us. You will be missed. Much love, your friend Camille

Mom,
Thank you for always, always being there for me. My mother, my friend, my backbone. Thank you for your wisdom, your humor, for being my friend. For always telling me how proud you were of my accomplishments and standing behind me on whatever path I needed to take to get there. I loved our alone time to the bead stores. Our secret conversations. I love you Mom. Your Love Child Laura

Dear Mom,
I’ve always thought computerized obituaries were just plain korny until…Woohoo I stepped barefoot on one of your crazy flippin beads, barely escaped making a kitten pancake. So I’m sitting on the end of your bed, rubbing my heal, man that bead really hurt.
hmmm, probably should vacuum some…
HEYYY NO WAY!! THE REMOTE!!
alzmsayn …all’s I’m saying

I was waxing nostalgic and decided to look up my old besties from Hollywood and I came across this sad news. I’m sorry that you lost your dad and your mom. I never knew her name was Elsie, did I?
I grew up with you guys! It doesn’t get any closer than connecting back yards. We drove your parents crazy with our annoying “call” and bending the fence to climb over. Now that I’m an adult who has to pay for fences, I understand completely. I’m sorry Bunny and Ray. If I could, I’d go back in time and use a ladder.
I remember us sneaking moments into your mom and dad’s room to cool off; avoiding Baron’s buggers while waiting for either Laura or Barbara to walk to school; also avoiding Buddy the cat’s bloody ears. Most of all, we had fun. I loved you all like an extension of my own family. Your mom helped raise more than her own kids. I remember her well. She was one of my “mom’s”. You are all special to me and I hope to connect again. I have a great video of Janet, Laura, and our kids all dancing at Janet’s castle. Peace to you all.
