D’Annunzio, Paul, 79, a loving father and grandfather, of Pembroke Pines, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 23, 2014. Preceded in death by his beloved wife, Anna. Paul was born October 28, 1935, in a seaside town in Italy called Vasto, located in the Abruzzo region of Italy. He was very proud of his seaside town because of its beauty and the people. He met his lifelong best friend and wife to be Anna in 1961, during one of her visits back to Italy, and were married that same year. They came to the States in 1962, settling in Allentown, Pennsylvania. In 1969 Anna and Paul moved to Sunny South Florida to raise their family in Hollywood. The legacy Paul leaves behind was one of being an outstanding husband, father and grandfather. He will be dearly missed by his, children Frank and his wife Victoria D’Annunzio and Patricia and her husband George Meillarec and grandchildren Brittany, Frank, Michael and Nicole. Friends may visit from 2-4 PM on Sunday, December 28, at Boyd-Panciera 6400 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood 33024. There will be a Prayer Service at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be, Monday, December 29, 2:00 PM at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, Boca Raton . Entombment will follow at Boca Raton Mausoleum.

With our deepest sympathies to Paul’s family. We are so shocked and extremely saddened upon hearing of Paul’s death.

He was a wonderful person and we feel so blessed to have had Paul and Anna in our lives. May they rest in peace together.
