SANTOS, Modesta, 86, a loving wife, mother and grandmother, passed way peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday, March 30, 2015, at her Pembroke Pines residence. Modesta was born on November 4, 1928, in Santurce, PR, to the late Julio Rosado and Maria Luisa Lind. She was the wife of Felix Juan Santos; mother of Myrna Juan Mundo, Elizabeth Jorge Santos and Gloria Duane Jordan; sister of Providencia Sotomayor, Carlos Rosado and David Rosado; grandmother to 7 and great-grandmother to 1 child. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 1, 2015, between 6-11 p.m. at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Hollywood Boulevard Chapel. There will be a Tributes of a Lifetime Service at 8:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will take place on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. also at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Southern Memorial Park Cemetery.
