SCARAFONE, Nicholas, 92, a long time resident of Hollywood, began his next journey on September 13, 2015. He was born on March 7, 1923, in Boston, MA, to the late Dominick Scarafone and Maria Cavaleri. Nicholas proudly served as a Quartermaster in the US Navy from 1943-1946. Survived by his children, Marie M. Cannes, Nicholas Scarafone, Jr, Gina Pitcher and his dear grandson, Christopher N. Thompson. Graveside Service with Military Honors will take place on Thursday, September 17, 2015, 12:45 PM at South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, FL.
