Oliveri, Maria Anna, 86, of Hollywood passed away Wednesday, November 18. Born in Brooklyn, New York where she graduated from Hunter College. A resident of Hollywood for 56 years and active member of the community. Maria worked tirelessly along side her husband Sal, serving the Hollywood community.
She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Salvatore, 3 children; Anna Maria Smith, (Mark), Sal Oliveri III, Tom Oliveri, (Sandra), 4 grandchildren; Christina Rumble (Barry), Brandon Smith, Zachary Oliveri, and Tyler Oliveri and 1 great grandchild; Collin Rumble. Maria was loved by many and will be missed by all.
A member of the Nativity Catholic Church Parish where she served as Eucharistic Minister. Maria was a member of the Hollywood Junior Woman’s Club, and Nativity Ladies Guild.
Friends may visit from 2-4 & 6-8 PM, Monday November 23 at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, 6400 Hollywood Blvd. There will be a Rosary Service at 3:00 PM, and a Tributes of a Lifetime Service at 7:00 PM Monday at the funeral home. Funeral Mass on Tuesday Nov 24 at 12:00 PM, at Nativity Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Mausoleum in North Lauderdale. In lieu of flowers donations are requested in Maria’s name to Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital.
