In the morning on May 20th, 2016, our beloved, Pierre “Pete” Cote, unexpectedly left to be with the Lord and his departed loved ones…his mother, Yolande, his sister, Manon, and his granddaughter, Percy.

Pete left us with an incredible legacy…his love for his family and friends. He showed his love through his tireless efforts…spending every possible second he had helping, guiding, or being with the people he loved. If you needed a helping hand, Pete was always there.

Pete was born in Montreal and relocated to Florida with his family in 1978. He was an expert in and dedicated to his 40+ year career as a painter/supervisor while still finding time to enjoy his pasttimes…camping, fishing, and riding his Harley; many of which he enjoyed with his many family members or friends.

Pete is survived by his father Adrien, his brother, Mike (and his wife Joyce), his girlfriend Wanda, his son Peter (and his wife Michelle), his daughter Jenn (and her husband Lorin), the mother of his children Carol, and his grandchildren Kyle, Liana, Manon, and Seraph, as well as many, many good friends.

A celebration of life service will be held at Boyd Panciera Family Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 24th @ 7pm. Visition with family and friends begins at 6pm. Reception will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to Joe DiMaggio Childrens Hospital. A donation box will be available at the service.
