B. Jean Guerra, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, of Pembroke Pines, passed away peacefully after nettling a long illness on Wednesday, August 10, 2016, at the age of 94. She was born on January 28, 1922, in Brooklyn, New York, to the late Erminio Carotenuto and Luisa Annunciata. Jean is survived by her beloved husband and best friend, Athony Guerra; her loving daughters, Janet Villano and Laraine Herbst; her cherished grandchildren, Michele Herbst, John Herbst, Dina Hannon, Kristian Villano, Jason Villano; and her pride & joy, 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 12, 2016, 10:00 a.m. at Saint David Catholic Church. Visitation will follow between 12-2 p.m. at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, University Drive Chapel.
