HEITZMAN, ANTONIA, born March 9, 1929, passed away September 20, 2016. Married to Joseph Heitzman, in 1953. She had two children, Patricia Somera and Andrew Heitzman; 8 grandchildren, Shaun, Jessica, Megan, Joanna, Kathryn, Maria, Andrew and Jonnathan and 9 great-grandchildren. Tonie had a great cove for people and was very active in her church. She was a founding member of the Respect Life Broward Pregnancy Help Center Archdiocese Miami. She dedicated her life helping women facing crisis pregnancies and defending the life of the unborn child. Tonie was a former president of the Archdiocese Council of Catholic Women. Visitation will be held Friday, Sep. 23, from 6-9 p.m. with Tributes of a Lifetime at 7:00 p.m. at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care. Funeral Mass will be Saturday, Sep. 24, 11:00 a.m. at St. Bernadette Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, family suggest donations be made in Tonie’s memory to www.respectlifemiami.org
