Patty was born on July 14, 1943 in Hoboken New Jersey. Two years later, right after WWll ended, the family moved to Florida to begin a long and wonderful life. Patty loved to dance and at age 15, she headed to NY (while living with a loving aunt and uncle) to pursue her dream. She performed theatre and on television. She enjoyed a wonderful four year turn as a member of the June Taylor Dancers on the Jackie Gleason. Her marriage to her husband, Carl, lasted forty nine wonderful years, with two sons, to daughters-in-law and four fabulous grandchildren, who she loved and spoiled like no other grandmother could. She will be so missed by family, friends and all those who had to good fortune to be with her to share her laugh, enjoy her hospitality and to be in the company of such a caring, decent and loving woman. Visitation will take place on Friday, September 2, 2016, starting at 6:00 p.m. with Tributes of a Lifetime Service at 7:00 p.m. followed by a Reception until 9:00 p.m. all at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Hollywood Boulevard Chapel.

Dear Carl, Rebecca and the entire Manzelli family, I had the privilege of meeting Patricia through several events with the kids – what a kind and enjoyable lady she was! It was always nice to chat with her and see how much she loved her family. I don’t know if you will read each of these entries but I want you to know that we are trying to get to the service. If we don’t, please know that our hearts are with you and pray that you’re able to find comfort in the loving memories of your mother – she was a great lady! With much love, The Taylor Family Scott, Melinda, Katelyn, Kelley and Addison

I didn’t see this on here when I originally viewed the information on this page…………………..Cousin Patty always lived far from me, and because she was so capable of drawing people in, even tho we were miles apart, when we saw each other it didn’t take long for Patty to make me feel I was most welcome in her inner circle.. I saw her last at her son’s June 06 wedding and commented to Cousin Carl about the smoking………………Patty had just watched her sister die of cancer, but the power of nicotine ruled over this good woman, wife, mother, Grandmother, SISTER, friend, teacher, cousin etc…… Carl and Patty were married back in 67 and quickly got the hell of of New York City and down to the sunshine state to start their family. I joined my Aunt Irene, Carlls Mom in feeling very sad when Carl and Patty left us. But the young newlyweds did the right thing…….and flourished in Miiami Patty so enjoyed mothering and then Grandmorthering and kept up her dancing skills Now that I can officially put something on facebook, I intend to respect Patty’s memory any small way I can.. God, thank you for sending us this beautiful soul to be IN our lives, and don’t let us EVER forget her dancing, her sense of humor and heart just bursting with love… Respectfully, it was an honor to be in your presence, Cousin Patty..
