Latchman “Roy” Samie, a loving father and brother, of Hollywood, passed away Friday, August 25, 2017. He was 64. Born on April 9, 1953, in Berbice, India, to parents, Narine Samie and Chinma Narisah. Survived by his daughter, Seema Bhagwandin and husband Ian; siblings, Desoda Sarjoo, Malin Samie, Zimbo Samie, Mala Narine, Sunita Samie, Seeta Khemlal, Davo Sammy and Sattie Samie. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, August 30, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. with Religious Service at 11:30 a.m. at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Hollywood Boulevard Chapel.
