Vance E. Blevins, 89, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother, of Pembroke Pines, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2016. He proudly served this country as a Navy and Air Force veteran. Survived by his beloved wife, Margaret Blevins; daughter, Sharon (Larry) O’Connor; grandchildren, Patrick and Kyle; great-grandchildren, Colin, Declan, Kayden; and sister, Joy Russell.
