Sofia Copestick, 90, of Pembroke Pines, entered into eternal life on Saturday, February 10, 2018. She was born on May 8, 1927, in Wellsville, Ohio, to the late Pierino and Mary Rose Cipolloni. Pre-deceased by her husband, Joseph Copestick. Survived by her daughter, Kimberly Armstrong; son, Kevin Copestick; grandchildren, Nicole Armstrong, William Armstrong, Christopher Copestick and Dakota Copestick; great-grandchildren, Patrick Lovald and Brennen Armstrong. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 16, 2018, 10:00 AM at St. Edward Catholic Church. Mass of christian burial will follow at 11:00 AM. Interment will be at 1:00 PM at Vista Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
