James Yoder, age 86, a long time resident of Sunny Isles Beach, passed way peacefully at home on Tuesday, July 3, 2018. He was born on June 18, 1932, in Middlesborough, Kentucky, the son of the late Walter Yoder and Dolly McDowell. After graduating high school, James, enlisted in the U.S. Army and proudly served this country until he was honorably discharged. He opened his owned dry cleaning and laundry business which he managed until his retirement. He will forever be remembered and loved by his children, Steve T. Yoder and Nicole Scott. As an act of love, James decided while he was with us to donate his body for medical research to the Anatomical Board in the State of Florida at The University of Miami.
