Virginia D. Macfarlan, age 85, a loving mother, grandmother and sister, of Pembroke Pines, went home to be with her Lord on Monday, August 13, 2018.  Born on September 6, 1932, in New Brunswick, New Jersey, one of the four children born to John Joseph and Marie Dolan.  Virginia loved her family, her dogs, Notre Dame football, and shopping.  In addition to her parents, Virginia is pre-deceased by her beloved husband, Cornelius Macfarlan, son Neil W. Macfarlan, brothers, John Joseph Dolan, Robert Edward Dolan and sister, Marie Pillion.  Her memory will always be cherished by her three daughters, Joanne Mulhern (Michael), Debra Macfarlan (Paul Katilas) and Mary Ann Sikorsky (Predeceased by Zack); and five grandchildren, Ryan (Jamie) Sikorsky, Kellie Sikorsky, Colin, Casey and Catie Mulhern.  Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, August 18th, 1:00 PM at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church (in the chapel).  Arrangements entrusted to Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, University Drive Chapel.
