ILouise A. Chin, a devoted mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully in her Hollywood home surrounded by her family on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, after 96 wonderful years of life. She was born on July of 1922 in the beautiful island of St. Mary, Jamaica, to the late George Toyloy and Edith Nelson. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edward William Chin, sons, Owen Chin, Errol Chin, Trevor Chin, Frederick Chin and Raymond Chin. Survived by children, Norma King, Yvonne Matthews, Joan Campbell, Beverly Chin-Brea, Donovan Chin, Devon Chin, Sharon Chin, Dawn Rogers, Desmond Chin and Petagaye Adlam. She is also survived by 35 loving grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. 

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 28th, fro 5:00-8:00 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Hollywood Boulevard Chapel. Funeral Mass will be on Saturday, September 29th, 2:00 PM at St. Boniface Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
