Aurora “Lola” Rodriguez Torres, a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 11, 2018, after 95 wonderful years of life. Lola was born on June 5, 1923, in the beautiful island of Adjuntas, Puerto Rico, to the late Ramon Rodriguez and Amelia Torres. She met the love of her life, Jose M. Rodriguez, they wed and shared many loving years and raised two children together. She enjoyed being home taking care of her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her but they find comfort knowing she is now spending eternity with her beloved husband Jose and granddaughter Nancy. Lola is survived by her two loving children, Joe (Julie) Rodriguez and Norma Benford; grandchildren, Rick, Allyson, Terri, Kelly, Jo Jo & Nolan; great-grandchildren, Melanie, Noelle, Cheryl, Nicole, Anthony, Blayze and Colton; and her sister, Mary Aviles. Visitation and Reception will take place on Sunday, September 16th, from 6:00-9:00 PM with a Tribute of Lifetime Service at 7:00 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Hollywood Boulevard Chapel.
