Cicero was a fun and caring man whom I had the honor to call my brother in law. He treated his wife Cynthia and my family with the utmost compassion and honesty. I will always remember his soft spoken and laid back nature. I will miss him dearly. Rest In Peace my brother. Love, your brother in law Al
