We have lost a great friend and colleague, the wonderful Greg Peterson. Very few worked as hard and very few gave as much. We're saddened by your quick departure, we will miss you dearly. But know this, you're not to be forgotten. You will live on in each of us through the memories we've shared. We bid you farewell for now and seek comfort in knowing that you are in peace.

I knew Greg professionally for many years. He always seemed like family rather than a colleague. I know I am not the only one shocked and saddened by his unexpected passing. His giant personality will be sorely missed.

I worked many of Greg's shows when I first moved to South Florida. I didn't know anyone when I moved here & I had no idea where anything was. Greg helped me find my way around & helped me a lot in general. He was a great guy & had a great relationship with his clients & employees. I'm going to miss him & I am sure he will be missed by many. God Bless you & your family, Greg.

My heart goes out to the Peterson family. It’s very painful to lose a loved one. I hope you are comforted by the memories. I recall when we were all younger and the Peterson’s and Oakley’s got together. It felt a bit like mayhem – those large Irish Catholic familes. Sometimes us suburbanites were in awe of you urbanites – at times you seemed more mature for your age. I believe it was Greg that impressed us by showing us how to get into a car with the keys locked inside. He may have known it because of his mechanical aptitude, but we wrote it off as something he learned on the streets. Memories can bring back the laughter. God bless you all as you heal from your loss.

Words cannot express how sad I am for this loss. A loss to his family and a loss to all those who knew him. What an amazing guy… He has paved his way to Heaven for he was a true Angel on earth. My pleasure to have known you… and one day we will meet again. RIP my friend with lots of love.
