Evelyn Elizabeth Diaz (67) of Pembroke Pines, Florida passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2019 surrounded by loved ones.
Evelyn is survived by her son Mark Diaz, daughter Lori Diaz, brother Sam Spadone, sister Brenda Donovan, brother John Spadone (Chris), nieces Stephanie Donovan and Ashley Spadone, and nephews Sean Donovan, Bryan Ceglarek, and Shawn Spadone.
A Memorial Gathering will be held from 6:00 pm – 12:00 am on Friday, October 25th, 2019 at the Boyd-Panciera Hollywood Chapel, located at 6400 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood, Florida 33024. Followed up with a Funeral Mass at 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 26th, 2019 at the Nativity Catholic Church, located at 5220 Johnson Street, Hollywood, Florida 33021.

Evelyn was a dear friend and sweet lady. we worked together at bell south and att . we carpool together when we worked in ft ldle office. she was so much to be with. I will miss her. My deepest sympathy to the family and I pray for peace and comfort at this difficult time.
