Ruth Buckler passed away at her home in Coconut Creek, FL on May 26, 2020 at the age of 92 from natural causes. She would have turned 93 on June 7^th. She was a loving wife, mother of four daughters, cousin, sister, daughter and friend to so many.  She is predeceased by her daughter Susanne Buckler and will be deeply missed by her daughters, Terri Buckler of Florida, Sherry Silinger and Alan Carr of Colorado, Marcy Buckler and her husband Jeff Arnold of MA and her son-in-law Billy Arce of CT.  Ruth had 6 grandchildren Ariel, Alyssa and her husband Ty, Jason, Nicole, Ray and Reed.

Ruth loved to entertain and threw wonderful parties for so many of her friends and neighbors. She was an avid tennis and golfer playing into her late 80’s. She was quite competitive and loved to win the tournaments. And she won plenty. She had to stop playing when she lost her eyesight but she loved to listen to the tennis on TV and knew all of the players and routed for her favorites. She was a wonderful dancer and enjoyed “cutting the rug” out on the dance floor. And she loved live theater and movies.

Ruth always looked for the positive in life. She taught her daughters to go after what they believed in and not to live a “what if” life. A wonderful lesson to teach them and to live by. She will be deeply missed by all.
