Edward G. Krysiak, born 1940 in Linden, NJ. Passed away on August 26th, 2016. He was the son of Edward and Mary Krysiak of Hollywood, FL. Edward is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Linda, loving son Michael of NY and dear sister Marilyn Ruetemann of Roseland, FL and many extended family members. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force and in the Hollywood Police Department where he retired after 31 years of service. Once retired, he became a tax consultant for H&R Block. Ed enjoyed traveling overseas, cruising and exploring the U,S, with his wife in their motor home where son Michael often joined them. He will be forever missed by family and his many friends. Family will greet friends on Monday, August 29, from 6-8 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, 6400 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood. Funeral Mass will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday August 30 at the Church of the Little Flower Catholic Church, Hollywood.

I am so broken hearted that my wonderful friend, Ed, has passed, but I am so very priviledged to have such wonderful memories from the past 30+ years of friendship. I know Dallas was so glad to see Ed in the hereafter. My prayers are for Linda and Michael during this grief, that they may find peace.

Ed was my squad sergeant for a year at HPD. A very good leader and man to work for that helped make the job fun. He was one of the better ones and will be greatly missed. RIP Ed!
