Barbara Jean Velasco, 88, of Hallandale Beach, passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2018, at Jackson North Medical Center. She was born on March 31, 1929, in San Diego, California, to Gerardo and Anita Velasco. Besides her parents, Barbara is predeceased by her sister, Violet Velasco Domingo.
