Duchesneau, Tracy Lyn, a resident of Cooper City, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, April 23, 2018, at the young age of 32. She was born in Lewiston, Maine, to Douglas Duchesneau and Judy (Demers) Horowitz. After graduating high school, Tracy attended college and studied hard to become teacher. Tracy is survived by her father, Douglas; mother, Judy and her husband Sam; and extended family.
