LANDA, Rosa M., of Aventura, passed away Sunday, August 17, 2020, just a few days after her 95th birthday. Born on August 2, 1925, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, to the late Session Pena and Nicolaza Landa.

Rosa was a proud mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who always looked out for her family. There is no nothing she would not do for them. She will always be remembered with love by her family and all who knew her.

She is survived by her loving children, Hector Contreras, Marianela Landa, Ramona (Hector Vilchez) Contreras, and Gladys Contreras. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will take place on Friday, August 21st, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM with a Funeral Service at 11:00 AM  at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Hollywood Boulevard Chapel. A memorial mass and inurnment will be held at a later date.
