Francis “Frank” William Leitz, age 91, of Lake Placid, Florida passed away August 29, 2020. He was born in Brooklyn, New York on July 12, 1929. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps.

Frank is survived by his loving wife of 66 years: Alice Leitz; daughters: Joan Goldsholle, Kathy Yahya and Patty (Kenny) Farrell; grandchildren: Kristi Goldsholle, Keri (Jeff) Devlin, Rachel Bush, Bryan Goldsholle, Dana Goldsholle, Shane (Emily) Farrell, Tyler Farrell, Katie Farrell and Chase Farrell; Step-grandson: Bobby (Stephanie) Yahya; Great-grandchildren: Jaden Perez, Kaylee Stanco, Ava McDermott, Reagan Devlin, Kinsley Devlin, Peyton Seibel, Hadlee Farrell and Breckyn Farrell and step-great-granddaughter: Heather Yahya.

Visitation to be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 from 11:30 AM until 12:30 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, University Drive Chapel followed by 1:00 PM Mass at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, Hollywood, Florida.

Please note modifications are in place regarding Visitation and Services due to the Coronavirus . Boyd-Panciera is following all local and state guidelines and is taking all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety and health to our families and staff to halt the spread of COVID-19.  Social Distancing and Face Masks are in effect.

My deepest condolences to your family. although I did not know Frank, I have the pleasure of working along his daughter Kathy. I know that without a doubt he was proud of her, as she is an absolute class act and a example of how a father would want a daughter to grow up into.
