Julio A. Sotomayor Espichan, age 81 of Sunrise, Florida passed away September 13, 2020 at his residence, surrounded by his family. He was born in Lima, Peru on January 9, 1939 to the late Julio Sotomayor and Rosa Espichan.

He is survived by his wife: Carmen Colangello De La Cruz; children: Jacqueline (Victor) Sotomayor, Alex (Sandra) Sotomayor, Marlena (Elvis) and Percy (Patricia) Sotomayor; grandchildren: Paola Cabrera, Karen (Nestor) Cabrera, Grecia (Donald) Zevallos, Gabriela Zevallos, Jiancarlo Sotomayor, Giorgio Sotomayor, Joseph Sotomayor & Jeremy Sotomayor and great-grandson: Thiago Coronado.
