Roger Castro born 01/17/1973 in East Orange, NJ and passed away 10/16/2020 in the Clara Mass Medical Center Belleville, NJ. He was 47  years young when he suddenly lost his battle with Congestive Heart Failure. Roger is survived by his two beautiful daughters Zaynah and Shaniah Castro, two grandchildren, Mariah and Aubrianna. His Parents Maria and Perfecto Castro and lastly his Older siblings who loved him to pieces; Rahim, Roseanna, Rita (Deceased), Diana, Mary, Nelly, Carlos, Albert Castro. Roger was a loving Father, Grandfather, son, brother and most of all best friend.

Roger loved classic Hip/Hop music, sports, the freshest sneakers that he worshiped like trophies. He served as one of the best security guards in South Florida for over 20+ years. Roger was proud of his job, being an Afro Latino and proud Father. He spent his free time spoiling his grandkids and catching up with his sisters and friends. Roger could bring a smile on someone’s face everywhere he went and loved by many. One of Roger’s best qualities was being a God fearing man and quoting the bible by memory. Roger lived a short life but impacted so many.  He will live on in our hearts forever as our guardian angel.”

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Sunday, November 1, 2020 from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM and Tributes Of A Lifetime at 4:00PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, 6400 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood Florida 33024.
