Joan Rose Blake passed away peacefully on April 16, 2021 at Memorial Hospital West. She was born in Clarendon Jamaica the last of Isabell and Phillip Wint’s 10 children.

Joan migrated with her husband and three children to Miami Florida in the late 80’s where she worked as a nursing assistant before retiring in 2006 to devote her time to raising her grandchildren. She left an impact on all who had the pleasure of being in her presence.

Juju as she was affectionately called by her friends was always willing to help anyone who needed her. She is survived by her husband Hedley Blake, her three daughters Kharetta “Kenni” Blake, Khala Tiona Blake and Kay-Ann “Kathy” Blake-Myles. Her three grandchildren Johaun Myles, Kiana “Kiki”Isabell Blake Henry, and lakayah Rose Blake Barton. Son in laws Philroy Myles and Roger Barton.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, April 30, 2021 starting at 2:00 PM with Tributes Of A Lifetime at 3:00 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, 6400 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, Florida 33024.
