De’ja Star Marie McCullough, age 12, of Hollywood, Florida passed away on April 30, 2021.  She was born  on February 23, 2009 in Hollywood, Florida to the parents of Krystal Lebofsky and Joseph McCullough.

A Public Visitation will be held on Friday, May 7, 2021 from 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, 6400  Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, Florida 33024.
