Tamene Hanainy, age 97, of Boca Raton, Florida, passed away on May 13, 2021. She was born on May 30, 1923 in Altoona, Pennsylvania to the late Elias and Saleme Burket.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of over 40 years, Tony Hanainy.

Tamene is survived by her sister, Joan Snyder of Fort Lauderdale, Florida and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was known for her kindness and patience, always making time for everyone. Tamene enjoyed the little things in life.

Her urn committal service will take place on Friday, June 25, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Hollywood Memorial Gardens East, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood, Florida 33024.
