To those whose hearts are hurting because of the passing of Aunt Barbara, I am so sorry for your loss. You may have known her when her memory was good. You may have known her laugh, her personality, her joys and who and what she truly loved. I don’t know those special things. I only know that Aunt Barbara is the sister of my grand father Paul Lindo who died when I was 3 years old. I remember seeing him in the coffin and wondering to myself how can he breathe with that glass covering his body. I did not understand what death was, but from that day until now I continue to see so many people in pain when a life ends. I am grateful to have learned from the bible that even death itself has an expiration date. Death has ended lives, but death too will end. And those who have experienced death can experience life again. So for me that means that Barbara Lindo and Paul Lindo, Howard Lindo, Kimone Lindo and Karen Lindo are family members that I can still get to know and enjoy being around one day. Some call that crazy but I hope your faith will grow to believe that our creator can give us the best family reunion. Not just one for those living but reunite us with our family members who are sleeping in death. Perhaps on a day like that I will get to know you too when Aunt Barbara comes back to life.
Thank you for your time. I wish you inner peace.
