Carol Truscott (Bender) , age 71, of Pembroke Pines, Florida and formerly of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at Boca Care Center, Boca Raton, Florida.  The daughter of Merle and Lillian Bender who both preceded her in death.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Steven Truscott.

Carol is survived by her daughter, Toni Beers of Port Saint Lucie, Florida; her brother, Barry Bender of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and her sister, Lynne Crum (Bender) of West Palm Beach, Florida; two grandchildren: Austin Beers and Mackenzie Beers of Port Saint Lucie, Florida and nephews: Shawn (Jessica) Bender, Christopher (Jessica) Bender and Chad Bender. She enjoyed reading, music, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren and family.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for contributions to the Humane Society of Broward County. The family will be having a private committal services.
