Such a beautiful spirit gone way to soon, always willing to share a smile and words of encouragement. I will fondly remember our chats and time spent together. I believe the world is a darker place without your presence and Heaven shines a bit brighter upon your arrival. Our deepest sympathies and prayers to Donnie, Kim, Kevin & family.

My sincere condolences to the family and loved ones on the passing of Judith Ann Neugent. I did not have the opportunity to meet Judith, however, as a fellow Clerk and colleague I would like offer my appreciation for her years of public service as a municipal clerk and all that she did for her community in that role. May she rest peacefully.
