Sincere condolences to Adrian on the passing of your dad, Stephen; fondly called Ming by close friends and family. Condolences also extended to his mom, other family members, close friends and former girlfriends during this difficult period. The life of the party is no more; gone from this world forever , however memories of good times would linger in our minds. Adios dear Ming and may your soul rest in peace.

What can I say, you became a Big Brother, once met and always kept. With so many good memories over the years from you introducing me to my wife to all of the parties and friends over the years. And though we may not have kept in close physical contact over the years, you have always remained close in my heart. My condolences to your family and may the good lord keep you blessed, until we meet again my brother, One Love 🙏🏾🙏🏾

Remember Me
Fill not your hearts with pain and sorrow,
But remember me in every tomorrow.
Remember the joy, the laughter, the smiles,
I’ve only gone to rest a little while.
Although my leaving causes pain and grief,
my going has eased my hurt,
and given me relief.
So dry your eyes and remember me,
not as I am now,
but as I used to be.
Because, I will remember you all,
and look on with a smile.
Understand in your hearts,
I’ve only gone to rest a little while.
As long as I have the love of each of you,
I can live my life in the hearts of all of you.
You will always be with me Ming Ming see you one day soon
RIEP Stephen J. Akong🙏💔😢
Our Condolences to his Son Adrian and his Mom Marie🙏

I have my moments when it really hit me that I will not see you on Saturday or any other party, or call you when I want to. Just never going to see you on the dance floor with your epic stepping moves or the flirtatious grin you give or you telling me a joke and im laughing not because it’s funny but because im not understanding one thing through that Trini accent and watching you Crack up over your own joke makes it so much funnier. I’m missing my friend. I’m grateful our paths crossed, I’m grateful for all the moments shared and the memories. Dance with the angels Ming…dance, dance dance….

Our sincere condolences to the Akong family. Our dear friend Ming will be sadly missed. He was one of the most fun loving and genuine person you could ever meet. He was the life of the party, great dancer and avid domino player. Although he has departed from the earth he will be fondly remembered and warmly live forever in our hearts. Until we meet again. Ming-fee, from those first days at Lime Cay in our young and sprucey days, through the years to Christmas past doing shark & bake in mommy’s kitchen, through marriages and children now grown, you were there, our brother from a different mother. We will miss your drunken ramblings, your ever dancing feet, your big wide smile, your hard to understand speech and your huge hugs. Sleep well my brother until we meet again.

Ming , a good breddren gone way to soon, my condolences to your family and friends. Hackee is what you’d call me and those who didn’t know us personally would get us mixed up for each other. Although there was never a mix up with who was the hot stepper on the dance floor , you were always full of life and always smiling , a real good breddren . Safe travels as you transition to another plane, sleep in eternal peace my breddren.
