Dearest Lisa, you will be and are terribly missed already. There just doesn’t seem to be any appropriate words at a time like this that make this tragedy any less tragic. I certainly hope you know how much you were loved and appreciated by all whose lives you touched, human and animal. I don’t have to ask God to take care of you because He already is. Life will not be the same without you here. I am heartbroken and I know that everyone you loved or touched with your kindness and generosity feels the same way. The only thing I can hold on to is believing that on your arrival in Heaven, every dog and person you helped along the way that has passed before you, was there to lead you into your forever Home as the true Angel that you were here on Earth. Lisa you were my sister after mine passed ..we quickly became friends our bulldogs united us . We went through a rough patch but for the grace of god we mended that fence and we broke bread and renewed our friendship again . I would see Lisa at the Buddies thru Bullies Olympics and helped her at the auction table. This time around got to spend time with her on Friday before the event and the day of the event. Unfortunately this happened on that day it was heartbreaking . She was so happy and excited that the event was happening after these 2 years. I’m still in shock so i can only imagine what her family and friends are feeling. She loved what she did for the rescue. She will be missed. Heaven just got a beautiful Angel. RIP Lisa🙏🙏
