Evan Justin Hansen, beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend passed away suddenly in his home on March 10, 2023, in Plantation, Florida at the young age of 26 years old from the covid vaccine. He was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on March 4, 1997. Evan was a wonderful, kind, gentle, compassionate, thoughtful and tender-hearted young man who touched the lives of everyone he met. He was a loving son to his mother, Heidi and THE BEST son a mother could ever have. Evan was proud to have such a supportive family who loved and adored him, and we were blessed to have him in our lives. He was a cherished brother to his sister, Chyna and brother Jason. Evan was known for his quick wit, infectious laughter, creativity, and warm smile. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and was loved by all who knew him. He was a caring grandson to his grandmother Janet.
Evan never drank, smoked nor did any drugs. He was passionate about life and never took it for granted.
Evan graduated at Cypress Bay Highschool and went on to get his certification in Baking and Pastry Arts at Mcfatter Technical College.
He worked as a cashier at Publix and later went on to work at Round 1 Bowling & Amusement as an Amusement Associate. He had a love for video games and Harry Potter. He enjoyed spending time with his family, making jewelry, painting, going to arcades, carnivals, the Renaissance Festival and regularly attending the Adventure Game Store & Dragon’s Lair with many of his friends. Evan’s hobbies included collecting stuffed animals, crystals and making arts and crafts.
Evan brought us all so much happiness, love and joy. He was truly ONE OF A KIND. We are so very grateful for all the years we got to be part of his life. His passing is a great loss to his family and friends. He will be deeply missed, and his legacy will live on through the memories he has created and the love he shared. Rest in peace my precious boy, you are the sweetest and most caring soul anyone could ever know, and you will be missed beyond words FOREVER. You will always be loved and never forgotten. Your memory will be cherished and kept in our hearts always. May the angels abound with you and keep you in God’s loving arms as your Spirit continues on.
