Miguelina Alvarez, age 84 of Pembroke Pines, Florida, passed away on June 28, 2023. She was born in Havana, Cuba on September 29, 1938 to the late Quirino Ordonez and Amelia Gonzalez.

She was preceded in death by her sons: Daniel Alvarez and Tony Alvarez.

Miguelina is survived by her husband of 38 years, Carlos Alvarado; daughters: Rosa (Sascha) Janssen, Ileana (Don) Oxley and Lisa Alvarez; grandchildren: Elcid (Martin Schluter) Betancourt, Bryan Sypien, Alyssa Alvarez, Lauren Alvarez, Michael Oxley, Donnie Oxley,III and Quillen Janssen and great-granddaughters: Maya Sypien and Ava Sypien.

Memorial Service to be held on Saturday, July 22, 2023 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM with Tributes of a Lifetime Service at 12:00 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, 1600 N. University Drive, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024.
