Maria Brigida Perez of Miami Beach, Florida passed away on July 3, 2023. She was 88. Maria was born in Los Andes Venezuela on February 1, 1935. Maria worked hard to provide a life for herself and her children. She was a devout Christian and gave much of her time to her church. She was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Maria also loved gardening and spent many hours tending to the flowers and plants outside her building.

One of 12 children, Maria is predeceased by her parents and siblings. Sadly, she is also predeceased by her daughter Estrella Collazo. She is survived by her son Francisco Perez, her granddaughters Hailey Perez and Kayla Londono, as well as many nieces and nephews. 

Visitation and service will be Friday July 14 from 11am to 1pm at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care 1600 North University Drive Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024 (954) 983-6400. Burial immediately follows at 2pm at Woodlawn West Cemetery 14001 Northwest 178th Street Miami, Florida 33018.
