After a long and hard-fought battle with diabetes, kidney disease and scoliosis, Adrian Everette
Johnson, returned to his heavenly home on July 20, 2023. He was 50 years old.
Adrian is survived by his mother Ann Johnson; his four (4) children: Justin, Christian, Geovanni and
Adriana; his sister Teneil Johnson-Lewin; nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and his grandmother Phyllis
Johnson.
Adrian was born in Trinidad and Tobago, to Ann Johnson and Bruce Marshall on October 19, 1972.
He grew up in a large, loving family with respect, kindness and humility. At the age of 26, he migrated
to Brooklyn, NY, to live with his mother and sister. Adrian was a business professional involved in real
estate. He was very knowledgeable about his craft and took great pride in helping others.
Adrian was a devoted father, a beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin, great grandson and a good
friend. He enjoyed listening to music, dancing and cooking. Whenever you saw him, he was always
dressed to the nines and the scent of his cologne wafted through the air as he made his way through
a room. He liked to tell jokes, laugh out loud and to put a smile on someone’s face. He was always
there to lend a hand and provide good advice when needed. He was a spiritual man who fiercely
loved the Lord. While in the hospital being treated, his commitment to the Lord never wavered. He will
be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him.
