Christine Elizabeth Jackson-Brailey (Chris) was born on October 9, 1950, in Lakeland, Georgia to Bishop Jethro Jackson (deceased) and Flossie Williams-Jackson. Chris attended North Dade Senior High School in Miami, Florida. On July 3, 1979, she met and married Frankie Brailey. Chris was a dedicated wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, and sister, but she doted on her nieces and nephews. She was the fun aunt who loved to dance and be silly during family gatherings. She encouraged all of us to enjoy life and its adventures.ย
Chris was called home on Tuesday, August 15, 2023. She was 72 at the time of death.ย
She leaves to mourn: her beloved husband of 44 years, Frankie Brailey; two daughters: Rosalyn Jones and Famika (Crystal) Jones of Miami, FL; her loving and God fearing mother, Flossie Williams-Jackson; three sisters: Linda Jackson-Young of Jacksonville, FL, Myrna Jackson-Kennedy, and Janie Jackson of Miami, FL; four brothers: Jethro Jackson, Jr. (deceased), Jeffery Jackson (Princess), Johnny Jackson all of Miami, FL; Jimmy Jackson of Augusta, GA; five grandchildren: Anthony (Ced) Jones, Romelia Brown and Tamika Joseph of Miami, FL; Martin Joseph, and Fred Stewart of Orlando, FL; two great-grandchildren: Jakiyah James (Jones) of Atlanta, GA, and Aubrey Brown of Miami, FL; six nieces: Aniquia Gay (John), Luetisha Jackson, Christina Young-Owens (Tehran), Lavetta Griffin, Tiffany Jackson, and Shanelle Palmer of Miami/Miramar, FL; three nephews Dabari Griffin, Dustin Jackson, and Terrell Jackson of Miami, FL; special relatives; Angela Birch and Elijah Young and a host of other loving relatives and friends.ย
We would like to thank the staff at Jackson Memorial Hospital โ Downtown Miami who cared for her in her final time and extend our deepest appreciation and heartfelt gratitude.
Memorial will be Friday, August 25, 2023, 6 pm at the Scott Galvin Community Center 1600 NE 126th St, North Miami, FL 33181.
Arrangements entrusted to Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, 1600 N. University Drive, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024.

Love,Prayers and Condolences to The Jackson-Brailey Families In The Passing Of Mrs. Christine Jackson-Brailey. Chris was a joy to be around and her laughter filled the room. Her love for Frankie was unconditional as was his for her. My Sister-in-Love was a true believer in God and even though her illness made her weak, her belief kept her strong! May God Strengthen and Keep You All During Your Time of Grief!
