Jean Dolores Carter, age 90, of Pembroke Pines, Florida, passed away January 27, 2024. She was born in Reading, Pennsylvania to the late William Schlott and Evelyn Rowe.
She is preceded in death by her daughter Sandra Ann Carter.
Jean is survived by her daughter: Dorothy Luongo; son: Albert W. Carter III; granddaughter: Rachel Gonzalez and her husband Freddie; grandson: Michael Luongo and his fiancée Annie Mesia Quijada; great-grandbaby: Mason; son-in-law: William Luongo; great-grandson: Nicholas Day; niece; Sandra Schlessman and nephew, Ryan Barna and his wife Diana.
A Memorial Service is to be held in honor of Jean on Tuesday, February 20th, 2024, from 10:30 AM until 12:30 PM with Tributes of a Lifetime at 11:30 AM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, 1600 N. University Drive, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024.
A procession is to follow for an Urn Committal at 2:30 PM at South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 FL-7, Wellington, Florida 33449.

Mom is dearly missed by the staff of Sunny Residence. Our meeting 6 years ago will not be forgotten. She has left a void that will be with us for awhile but most importantly she has left us with an extended family whom we treasure ..
